Does anyone know the name of this popular antique doll?

It was a skinny doll about 15 inches tall, it had red hair that you could pull and it grew and you turned a crank on her back to pull her hair back in. She had on a red dress and red shoes, i thought her name was chrissy or missy but i dont know? thank you.

Yes that was Crissy by Ideal from the 1970's. There was a whole family of those dolls....Crissy, Velvet, Mia, Kerry, Cinnamon, Baby Crissy. Here is a link to an informational site about those dolls::
