It was really cheap, and may have been part of the Herbal Essences line. It lasted for something like 28 days and then washed out. It was normal colors, nothing like Manic Panic or the like. I don't think the brand name is around anymore. It's just driving me nuts that I can't remember the name!!

yeah they made some mouse too.. and it washes out it 10 days.
but the one that came out before them was, Loreal. =)
that one was cheap just four dollars but the herbal one was 10.
but then again i was just barely born in the 90's .. so it might something else but i know i used loreal when i was like 13
