Yes lots of names resurface. 20 years ago no one named their baby Emily! It was only popular in the early 1900s. Now that's unfortunately all you hear!
Stacey is an OK name. I've actually met more male Staceys than females though, interestingly

My sisters name is Stacy and I only know one other Stacy in my town. I think it's a good name but I don't see it getting popular but hey it could.
