Is it wrong to use a popular song title as a band name?

We just formed a band and want to use another bands song title as our name but is this wrong/plagiarism?

No. a lot of bands do it. Radiohead took there name from a talking heads song.

I know a lot of bands that have gotten their name from other bands they admire. Like they take from lyrics or something.


I know this isn't the biggest help but just so you know that you aren't the only ones that do it. Sometimes the people you get your idea from get mad and sometimes they don't.
