I remember it a red seat and had stakeboard wheels I know it not a big wheel , You had to put your feet on the handlebar then you had wiggle the handle bars to make it go ? any ideas what it is called, I know it was used as ride at carvinals and local fairs.
What was the actual name of this riding toy that was popular in the 70'and 80's?
I know what you're talking about, we had them at the amusement park I used to work at as a non-mechanical alternative for the kids. I know the ride was called "rolling rovers" but I have no idea what the actual name is of the toy. I'll keep an eye out here, because now you have me wanting to know too!
